All sensitive material is transmitted by secure socket link (SSL) with 128 bit encryption. Your credit card number is encrypted and sent directly to the bank for approval and return a transaction reference. Lamp Recyclers does not keep credit card details on record.

PRIVACY
The privacy of clients is important to Lamp Recyclers. Client details are for the prime use of Lamp Recyclers to provide an ongoing reliable service. Lamp Recyclers will under no circumstance give client information or part there of to any other party.

REFUNDS
When Purchasing from Lamp Recyclers you are purchasing a service. If circumstances arise where a prepaid services is no longer required 75% of the purchase price will be refunded. If in the case of recycle box(s) the same applies on return of the unused box(s). Refunds will not be considered after 5 working days from purchase date. There is no refund offered if Lamp Recyclers have received lamps for recycling.

DELIVERY/ PICKUP
Lamp Recyclers offers their services within the regions specified on the web site. A minimum of two working days notice is needed for recycle box delivery or any pick up service required. Lamp Recyclers will deliver/ pickup on the customers requested day after that period. If for any reason Lamp Recyclers can not comply with a customers timing contact will be made to reschedule delivery/ pickup of goods. If a clients requirements are outside the current regions serviced by Lamp Recyclers extra charges will apply. Lamp Recyclers will not receive deliveries of lamps direct to their facility.

PAYMENT
Lamp Recyclers requires that services be paid for in full in advance.
